Online Admission Procedure

Registration at Admission Portal

  • Register at the admission portal by clicking here.
  • Open your email and click on the link received to validate your email address.
  • Proceed with the rest of the online application process using the link received.

Submission of Application form

  • Log-in to the admission portal using your user ID & password.
  • Fill in the details and upload a recent photograph. Please note that the photograph must be clear and on white background. (see photograph specification).
  • Upload all required academic documents.
  • Submit the application and download the system-generated fee voucher.

Application processing fee

  • Print out the system-generated fee voucher after application submission
  • Visit any branch of Bank Al Habib and pay the admission processing fee i.e. Rs. 1,000/=.
  • Submit a scanned copy of the paid fee voucher through the admission portal and email at [email protected]

Issuance of Admit Card

  • After receiving all the information and confirmation of the fee receipt by UIT University, an e-mail and SMS alert will be sent to the candidates to print out the admit card.

Entrance Test

  • TThe entrance test will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at UIT University.
  • The candidates must bring the UIT University admit card on the entry test day.

Interview

  • the candidate will receive a schedule of the interview via email & SMS.

Merit List

  • The candidates will receive message regarding the announcement of merit list.
  • The candidates can check if their names appear on the merit list on UIT University‚Äôs website.

Distribution of offer letter

  • The candidates will receive an email as per the final merit list.
  • The candidates will be asked to visitUIT University to submit the required documents.

Payment of Registration Fee

  • The candidates will pay the fee through
    1. A system-generated fee voucher can be submitted at any branch of Bank Al Habib.
    2. The following details may be required in case of paying via pay order:
      • Account title: Usman Memorial Foundation.
      • NTN #: 0712576-3
  • Please note that all selected candidates must submit original documents & complete all the formalities before the given date to complete the registration process.
