UIT University Appoints Mr. Muhammad Ali Kemal as Director ORIC
UIT University is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Ali Kemal as the new Director of the Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC).
Mr. Kemal brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a distinguished career spanning with various renowned national and multi-national companies in different functions of Engineering, Project Management, and Capacity Building. His proven track record of driving complex projects and fostering innovation aligns perfectly with the strategic objectives of ORIC and the University's vision for the future.
This appointment also marks a welcome return for Mr. Kemal, who has previously been associated with ORIC, giving him a unique and invaluable understanding of the University's research ecosystem, its challenges, and its immense potential.
In his new capacity, Mr. Kemal will be responsible for providing strategic direction to ORIC, with a focus on enhancing industry-academia linkages, securing research funding, protecting intellectual property, and facilitating the commercialization of research outcomes.
