We are looking for a qualified and compassionate “Medical Practitioner” to join our on-campus medical team and provide high-quality healthcare services to our community. The Medical Practitioner will play a essential role in maintaining and promoting the health and well-being of our students
Specific Skills
- Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of medical procedures, diagnostics, and treatments to provide high-quality care.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain medical information clearly and effectively to patients and their families.
- Empathy and Compassion: Sensitivity to patients' emotional needs, offering comfort and understanding in healthcare interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to diagnose and treat diverse medical issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in reviewing patient history, symptoms, and treatments to ensure accurate diagnosis and care.
Responsible For
- To conduct medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for students and staff.
- To administer primary care services, including physical exams, routine check-ups, and urgent care.
- Deliver health education and wellness advice, and implement preventative healthcare programs.
- To coordinate with counseling, academic, and administrative departments to support student well-being.
- Maintain accurate, confidential medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- To Act as a resource for health-related queries and offer guidance on public health initiatives.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
Qualification
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Active medical license to practice in Pakistan.
- Previous experience in an educational or youth-centered healthcare setting is preferred.
Experience
- Must have 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferably of educational institution.
