Deputy Registrar Student Affairs
Overview
UIT University (UITU) invites application for the position of “Deputy Registrar Student Affairs” who will be responsible for overseeing and managing student services, including student engagement, grievances and well-being, campus life, and co-curricular activities. The incumbent will ensure a positive student experience by implementing policies, coordinating student development programs, and enhancing student retention and success. This role requires collaboration with faculty, administrative offices, and external organizations to provide a holistic and supportive environment for students.
The Deputy Registrar Student Affairs will be responsible for student conduct management, campus climate initiatives, student support services, and institutional compliance with student policies. Additionally, the role requires strategic planning and execution of student affairs programs to foster an inclusive and engaging campus culture.

Responsible For
- To develop and implement student engagement strategies to enhance student life and learning experiences.
- To supervise and support student organizations, student leadership programs, and extracurricular activities.
- To oversee student support services, including counseling, career development, and academic success programs.
- To ensure compliance with university policies and Higher Education Commission (HEC) regulations related to student affairs.
- To manage student conduct cases, facilitate mediation, and enforce student disciplinary procedures.
- To organize student orientation programs, transition support activities, and campus wide student engagement events.
- To collaborate with faculty and administrative departments to integrate student affairs initiatives into the academic experience.
- To develop data-driven strategies for student retention, satisfaction, and well-being.
- To maintain accurate records of student activities, disciplinary actions, and student support services.
- To represent the university in student affairs-related forums, external partnerships, and professional associations.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Preferably, Master's degree in Management, Education Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field from HEC recognized university.
- Must have minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in student affairs, student engagement, university administration, preferably in the Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs).
