Sr. Director Finance

Shabana Naz, FCMA is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA), having qualified from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) in 2001. She is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in financial management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning across the higher education, professional, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and nonprofit sectors.

She currently serves as Senior Director Finance at UIT University, leading the finance function for both UIT University and Usman Memorial Foundation. Reporting to the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, and Board of Directors, she provides strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury management, taxation, regulatory compliance, internal controls, statutory audits, ERP implementation, risk management, and institutional financial strategy.

Throughout her career, Ms. Naz has been recognized for her integrity, strategic vision, analytical acumen, and commitment to excellence, consistently strengthening financial governance, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing sustainable financial practices that support institutional growth and long-term organizational success.
