Arifa Asim is a dedicated mathematics professional and Lecturer in Mathematics at UIT University, with teaching experience across university, secondary, and international online education. She is currently pursuing an MS in Mathematics and has a strong academic foundation in mathematics and computer science.
At UIT University, she teaches Calculus and Linear Algebra, focusing on conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and mathematical problem-solving. She has also supported undergraduate education as a Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), conducting tutorials, grading assessments, discussion sessions, and student support activities.
Her teaching experience includes international online instruction for students in the UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia, as well as O-Level mathematics education. She integrates technology-enabled tools such as LaTeX, MATLAB, Overleaf, and virtual whiteboards to enhance learning outcomes.
