Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman Shaikh is an accomplished Project and Program Management professional with over 12 years of experience leading complex IT, software delivery, digital transformation, and FinTech initiatives across the banking and enterprise sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in project governance, PMO leadership, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, organizational change, and strategic execution, with a proven record of delivering business-critical programs and driving operational excellence.

Currently serving as Professor of Practice (Visiting Faculty) at UIT University, Karachi, he teaches Software Project Management and mentors undergraduate students in modern project management methodologies, Agile practices, software engineering, and industry best practices. His teaching philosophy emphasizes bridging the gap between academia and industry by integrating real-world case studies, practical learning, and internationally recognized project management standards into the classroom.
