Ms. Amna Umer is a dedicated academic, researcher, and technology educator with over seven years of teaching experience in higher education and international curricula. She serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at UIT University, where she is actively involved in teaching, curriculum development, quality assurance, academic coordination, and student mentoring.
At UIT University, she has contributed significantly to curriculum enhancement by introducing modern pedagogical practices, project-based learning, and industry-aligned course content, while also playing an active role in departmental administration, accreditation activities, program assessment, course planning, and quality assurance processes.
Passionate about empowering students through innovative teaching and emerging technologies, Ms. Umer continues to bridge academia, research, and industry while promoting excellence in computer science education, international collaboration, and humanitarian technology initiatives.
