Dr. Adnan Ahmed Siddiqui

Dr. Adnan Ahmed Siddiqui is a Professor of Computer Science at UIT University, Karachi, with over 26 years of combined academic, research, and executive experience spanning higher education, information technology, and cybersecurity consulting. He currently serves as Professor, Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computing Sciences (FCS), UIT University, and concurrently holds senior leadership roles across multiple technology and consulting organizations.

Previously, he served Hamdard University for over 24+ years (2001–2025), rising from Faculty Member to Chairman and Associate Professor of the Department of Computing, FEST. His areas of specialization include Data Communications & Computer Networks, Wireless & Mobile Communications, Cyber Security & Cryptography, Information Systems, and Optimization Algorithms.

He has authored over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles — several ISI-indexed with strong impact factors — alongside numerous conference papers and a book chapter, and actively supervises PhD and MS research.
