Faculty Profile

Engr. Bilal Iqbal is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Engineering Technology at UIT University, Karachi, with academic, research, and industrial experience in Industrial Automation, Marine Automation, Instrumentation & Control Systems, Embedded Systems, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). He is also the Co-Founder of JAFFWAAN Engineering Corporation, specializing in industrial automation and smart engineering solutions.

Engr. Bilal has contributed to the successful execution of large-scale automation and control projects for government, semi-government, commercial, and industrial organizations across Pakistan, including marine automation, engine control systems, industrial process automation, and electrical control systems.

He is committed to advancing engineering education, promoting academia-industry collaboration, and supporting Pakistan’s technological and industrial development through innovative automation solutions and applied research.
