Faculty Profile

Syed Hafeez ur Rahman is a seasoned academician and academic administrator with over 18 years of teaching experience in higher education and 24 years of professional experience in academic administration and human resource management. He is currently serving as a Senior Lecturer/ Program Coordinator at UIT University, Karachi, where he contributes to teaching, academic development, and student engagement.

His academic and research interests include leadership, HR practices, higher education management, training and development, and the integration of digital and AI-enabled strategies in learning and organizational performance.

In addition to his academic contributions, he has actively engaged in professional media and community outreach as Content Producer and RJ at FM World Pakistan and as Radio Host at Sindh Police FM 88.6, reflecting his broader commitment to communication, public awareness, and social engagement.

With a distinguished record of teaching, academic leadership, and professional service, Mr. Rahman continues to contribute to the advancement of higher education through scholarship, mentorship, and institutional development.
