Mr. Talha Ahmed

Talha Ahmed is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at UIT University with an academic and professional background in electrical and computer engineering, computer architecture, and hardware design. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), South Korea, in 2025.

His research focuses on secure computer architecture, RISC-V processor design, and sparse matrix computation algorithms. He has contributed to open-source hardware projects, including RISC-V-based SoC generators and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.

He has also participated in international mentorship programs, including Google Summer of Code (GSoC) and the Linux Foundation Mentorship Program, contributing to the development of open-source technologies and hardware design methodologies.
