Ms. Sameen Fatima Ansari

Sameen Fatima is an accomplished academic professional and researcher with over five years of experience in higher education, specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM), Digital Marketing, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organizational Development. She was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence during her MBA and is currently pursuing PhD in HRM from IoBM, with a focus on emerging trends in AI-driven HR practices.

At UIT University / Usman Institute of Technology, Karachi, she serves as a Lecturer and actively contributes to academic development through her role as an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) trainer, conducting periodic training sessions for faculty members department-wide on the effective implementation of OBE in accordance with university and HEC requirements, including the alignment of Bloom’s Taxonomy levels with CLOs and PLOs. She also serves as a Class Advisor, providing academic mentorship and guidance to students.

In addition to her academic role, Sameen Fatima is a certified Content Strategist and maintains an active presence in the digital space, recognized as a community leader engaging a network of over 19,000+ women in business, alongside her contributions as a motivational speaker.
