- Content Creation:

- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage university profiles and engagement.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns.
- Email Marketing:
- Execute engaging email campaigns.
- Segment lists for personalized content.
- Analytics and Reporting::
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitive research.
- Make data-driven recommendations.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Implement strategies for user experience.
- Improve conversion rates.
- Community Engagement:
- Engage with relevant online communities.
- Promote university values and initiatives.
- Event Planning:
- Organize alumni events and networking activities.
- Collaborate with departments for aligned events.
- Communication and Outreach:
- Create and manage content for alumni communication.
- Respond promptly to alumni inquiries.
- Database Management:
- Maintain an accurate alumni database.
- Collaboration with Departments:
- Work closely with academic departments and career services.
- Identify opportunities for alumni engagement.
- Fundraising and Development:
- Identify potential donors among alumni.
- Collaborate with the development team.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze alumni engagement metrics.

Qualification & Experience Requirements
MBA or Equivalent (18-year) or BBA / BS or Equivalent from HEC recognised institution with 3 and 5 years relevant experience respectively.
