UIT University successfully conducted a Reflective Meeting with mentors participating in the Mentorship Program, marking the successful completion of the program’s  first cohort in 2026. The session provided an opportunity for mentors to reflect on their experiences, review progress, and discuss ways to further strengthen the quality and impact of mentorship across the university.

The reflective session brought together mentors to share their experiences, insights, and observations from the first cohort. Discussions focused on reviewing the progress of the mentorship program, identifying key learning experiences, and exploring opportunities to enhance mentorship practices for faculty and staff.

Mentorship plays an important role in creating supportive professional environments where individuals can learn from experience, exchange knowledge, and develop their professional capabilities. Through structured mentoring and reflective dialogue, participants can benefit from guidance, shared experiences, and meaningful professional connections.
