UIT University conducted IEEEXtreme Awareness Session 1 to introduce students to the IEEEXtreme Programming Competition, a global programming challenge that provides students with an opportunity to test and enhance their coding and problem-solving abilities.
The awareness session was led by Proctor Ambassador Syeda Aimen Naseem, Assistant Professor at UIT University, who guided students through the competition format, participation process, and the skills and learning opportunities associated with IEEEXtreme.
## Introducing Students to IEEEXtreme
During the session, students were introduced to the structure of the IEEEXtreme Programming Competition and learned about the process of participating in the competition. The session also highlighted how programming competitions can help students apply their technical knowledge to problem-solving challenges.
Students were encouraged to participate in IEEEXtreme and use the competition as an opportunity to strengthen their programming, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
## Encouraging International Participation
The session also emphasized the opportunity for UIT University students to participate in an international programming platform and gain experience by competing alongside students from around the world.
Through awareness initiatives such as this, UIT University continues to encourage students to develop their technical skills, participate in global competitions, and explore opportunities that support their academic and professional growth.
The IEEEXtreme Awareness Session 1 reflects UIT University’s continued efforts to promote programming, technical learning, and student participation in international academic and technology-focused activities.
