As part of Faculty Engagement Week (FEW) 2026, UIT University organized a Faculty Development Program session titled “Golden Rules for Success” on September 10, 2026. Led by Abid M. Anwar, Chief Executive Officer of Apple Trainers, the workshop explored essential strategies, leadership principles, and professional best practices designed to drive long-term personal and institutional growth. Drawing on his corporate leadership experience, Abid M. Anwar provided practical frameworks for setting effective benchmarks, maintaining professional excellence, and elevating faculty mentorship. By equipping educators with these actionable insights, the session reinforced UIT University’s dedication to cultivating strong academic leadership and supporting continuous professional development across its departments.
