UIT University successfully convened the 8th Board of Studies (BoS) Meeting, reaffirming its commitment to academic excellence, curriculum innovation, and continuous quality enhancement. Chaired by  Dr. Waqar Ahmed, the meeting brought together faculty members and distinguished academic experts to review academic programs and discuss strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening higher education and ensuring curriculum relevance.

The Board of Studies serves as an essential academic forum where experts collaboratively evaluate curricula, recommend improvements, and ensure that academic programs remain aligned with evolving industry trends, technological advancements, and national higher education standards. Through regular curriculum review and academic planning, the university continues to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to excel in an increasingly dynamic professional landscape.

The meeting was honored by the participation of distinguished academic leaders, including Dr. Adnan Butt, Dean, Faculty of Management & Information Sciences at KASB Institute of Technology (KASBIT), and Dr. Minhaj Ikran, Deputy Director at Iqra University. Their expertise and valuable perspectives enriched the discussions, contributing to informed decision-making and the continued enhancement of the university’s academic programs.

UIT University also extends its appreciation to Mr. Raheel Akhter, who joined the meeting virtually via Google Meet and shared valuable insights that further strengthened the deliberations.
